The Royal Society of Chemistry at Burlington House has appointed Josh Lindeberg as Head Chef.
Lindeberg joins the venue’s in-house Houston & Hawkes team of culinary experts with a mission to create innovative, sustainable, and memorable catering.
Coming from a corporate catering role within the Houston & Hawkes portfolio at investment management company Rathbones, Lindeberg is well-versed in fine dining and the importance of impeccable service. He is classically trained in modern European cuisine, bringing with him a passion for creating contemporary dishes.
Chef’s approach to curating new menus at the venue will be ‘reinventing classics’ with an innovative twist.
As the first B Corp caterer in the UK, Houston & Hawkes uses business as a force for good to benefit the planet. Lindeberg’s commitment to using hyper-seasonal produce aligns with the business’ approach to sustainable catering.
Of his new role, Lindeberg said: “This is an exciting new challenge that I can’t wait to embrace. It’s such a social and friendly business which is exactly what hospitality is about, so the service and experience is delivered with authenticity for all guests.”
