Crerar Hotels has appointed Gemma Coll as General Manager at the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa, who adopted the position on International Women’s Day.
Coll was Assistant Manager of the hotel, and has been with the company since 2021 with more than 11 years of managerial experience within the hospitality industry, in Scotland and internationally.
Prior to joining Crerar Hotels, Coll previously worked with Gleneagles Hotel, and the Macdonald Forrest Hills Resort. She also spent time in South Africa managing both a four-star hotel as well as luxury self-catering accommodation.
During her time at the four-star Isle of Mull, she has overseen the operation of the hotel after a £4 million renovation which included the launch of the reimagined Driftwood Spa, the secluded outdoor Wilderness Deck, and thermal experiences for guests to enjoy amongst the backdrop of the Mull wilderness.
