By Angela Green, Content Executive: Graham Hornigold acquires Pretty Sweet patisserie.
Pastry chef Graham Hornigold has acquired Pretty Sweet. The kitchen will be headed up by head chef Bronwen Jackson alongside Hornigold, the duo met during their time at Hakkasan.

The takeover facilitates Hornigold’s vision to bring modern takes on classical patisserie to a wider market.
Pretty Sweet was founded by pastry chefs Sarah Crouchman and Claire Clark in 2014, a patisserie service supplying events, offices, and corporate hospitality over several years.
Hornigold’s skill set and expertise in his industry, alongside an extensive hospitality network, are highly complementary assets that will drive development opportunities in other parts of the business and UK growth. The group is currently working with several premium brands within the hospitality sector.
Graham Hornigold said of the acquisition: “With the ongoing shortage of pastry chefs in hotels and restaurants, we are looking to consolidate some of the best talent under one roof to look after various disciplines within one production site. We will be offering premium products whilst educating and providing an inclusive working environment, which offers work life balance.”
Bronwen Jackson added by saying: “I spoke with Graham about the role, and we instantly saw eye to eye with wanting to provide the UK with the best wholesale desserts. We are looking to grow the business within the corporate sector and offer a service and quality second to none. We are focused on creating great products and look forward to capturing a new audience whereby we can showcase our talents.”
No financial details of the acquisition were announced.
