Galvin at Windows, London Hilton on Park Lane’s iconic restaurant offering unparalleled views of London from the 28th floor, announces the return of Friday Horizons, its hugely popular live music evenings launched last September, for a limited run every Friday from 24th February to 31st March.
Enjoy a mouth-watering British menu by Head Chef Marc Hardiman, accompanied by live music against a backdrop of London’s twinkling skyline from Galvin at Window’s.
Marc Hardiman’s delicious menu celebrates the best of British fine dining and seasonal ingredients. Highlights include starters of House-cured VAR Salmon, Devon white chicken & Leek terrine, and Jerusalem artichoke soup; followed by a show-stopping Slow-cooked short rib of beef pot au feu, Newlyn hake served with clams and smoked buttermilk; finishing with sweet treats including a Yorkshire rhubarb trifle, and Chocolate choux bun with banana custard and hot salted caramel.
As guests enjoy Marc’s exceptional dishes, smooth classic hits will be performed as the evening begins, slowly building up to disco and funky favourites as the atmosphere builds and the evening progresses. Live entertainment will be provided by Music Around Me who will bring a trio of London’s most talented performers to serenade guests from a baby grand piano.

Guests will be offered a complimentary drink from a specially created cocktail menu exclusively for Friday Horizons to celebrate the start of the weekend.
Peter Avis, General Manager of 10° Sky Bar and Galvin at Windows, said: “Back due to popular demand, we can’t wait to hear the music flowing again on Friday nights.
“With our unrivalled views across the capital, combined with our amazing food, the restaurant is going to be buzzing.”
