Country Range relaunches Vegan Deep Dish Bramley Apple Pie

Leading UK and Ireland foodservice brand Country Range has revamped and relaunched the recipe for its Deep Dish Bramley Apple Pie so it’s bigger and tastier than ever, as well as now being suitable for vegans.

Made using Irish Bramley apples for a true traditional apple pie flavour and vegan pastry produced from organic flour milled in the Cotswolds, the deluxe dessert is pre-portioned into 14 slices and comes in boxes of 2.

Available through the Country Range Group’s 11 independent wholesalers, a Bramley Apple Pie is the quintessential British dessert adored across foodservice whether in schools, pubs, cafes, care homes, hospitals, restaurants or hotels. The changes to the recipe will make it easier for catering businesses as they won’t need to stock multiple high-quality products and it will ensure that this classic pudding can be enjoyed by everyone.

Deep Dish Vegan Bramley Apple Pie

A deep and luscious apple pie just like the ones you make at home. A crumbly deep dish vegan pastry made with organic flour from the Cotswolds is filled with a traditional full-flavoured and oozing filling using Irish Bramley apples. Comforting and warming, it’s an iconic British dessert loved by all.

Country Range Group Head of Marketing Emma Holden said: “With the number of consumers adhering to vegan diets still on the increase, it’s important that our dessert portfolio is inclusive as possible. The apple pie is so iconic and widely loved so we have been working hard to find a vegan version that could still deliver impeccable taste and visual appeal. The new recipe has made the product so much more desirable so we’re confident it will be top of the tree with consumers too.”
