The Kitchen Porters Club is a twitter community for KP’s, and all who appreciate the tremendous work done by KP’s in the engine rooms of hospitality and catering.
One aspect of the community is to highlight opportunities for KP’s to develop their careers with frequent job alerts, sourced through the H&C News job board powered by Caterer.com.
Each week The Kitchen Porters Club features a Job of the Week, often selected because the culture message in the job post says “we care about our people”.
This week I have selected one that not only has a good basic salary, but it also has a list of benefits that ensures the wellbeing of the successful candidate is catered for. It says: “We care about our people.”
