Love is Love, celebrating Pride Month at The Grand, York

The Grand, York is celebrating and supporting Pride Month this month with their ‘Love is Love’ cocktail, and all profits from the cocktail are being given to the Stonewall charity.

York’s only five-star hotel always goes the extra mile for ‘all’ guests. This year, the hotel has been celebrating and supporting Pride Month throughout June with the new cocktail ‘Love is Love’ on their menu.

This cocktail is a delicious blend of Gin, Cherry Liqueur and Rhubarb Bitters. For every cocktail sold, the profits will be donated to Stonewall, a British charity that drives positive change in public attitudes and policy surrounding LGBTQ+ people.

For those unable to get to York this month the recipe for ‘Love is Love’ is below, enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml gin
  • 25 ml cherry liqueur
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml grenadine
  • 2 dash rhubarb bitters

Method: Shake in a Boston tin with ice and double strain into a coupe glass.
