Hospitality and asset management company, London Rock Partners, continues to expand with its latest advisor appointment of leading F&B expert Howard Eggleston. Bringing some of the UK’s best F&B expertise to the table, Howard Eggleston joins as London Rock Partners Restaurants & Bars Advisor.

Overseeing the award-winning Tomahawk Steakhouse, RIO Brazilian Steakhouse and Pollo-to-Go takeaway, Howard is a multi-concept, multi-site operator and his unparalleled process for sourcing, developing and opening venues is to a standard that the industry aspires.
He leads with high effectivity and impeccable streamlining, and he led the disruptive roll-out of the Tomahawk concept. Starting in 2017, it expanded to 11 venues by 2021 with plans in place to double this by Q4 2022. Similarly, RIO operates three venues across the UK and received Trip Advisor’s most prestigious award for best ‘Everyday Eats’ restaurant in the country within just a year of operating.
Howard brings a wealth of F&B knowledge to the London Rock Partner’s network of hotel hospitality experts and joins their vision – to do things differently. Collectively they have redefined the operations for several unique and innovative hotel and event concepts across the UK.
