HRH The Princess Royal has opened the new 250 people events space and 30-bedroom extension at the Ramsey Park Hotel. The original 30 bedroom hotel was opened five and a half years ago and proved to be a great success. In light of this success the owners have added a new multi-purpose function room for up to 250 people, called the Ayres Suite and a further 30 bedrooms to accommodate extra guests and to cater for weddings and events.

General Manager of Ramsey Park Hotel, James O’Neill, says the Ayres Suite is already proving to be a tremendous success: “We have held a number of weddings and events already and have many more booked over the next 12 months. TT week and the Manx GP were extremely busy for the hotel and we are delighted to be hosting the Manx Diabetic Group’s Ball on 9th November.”
The hotel now has 60 bedrooms consisting of 39 Deluxe Sea View rooms and 15 Deluxe Lake View rooms and six executive family suites and a function space for up to 250 people.
