The Chairman of Arena Racing Company has hailed the opening of the new Hilton Garden Inn Doncaster Racecourse, at an exclusive event that marked its arrival in Doncaster.
The hotel hosted an invitation only Grand Opening party, compered by Simon Morykin of Hallam FM, which saw VIPs and business leaders come together – including the Mayor of Doncaster Ros Jones; David Thorpe, Chairman of the Arena Racing Group; and Graham Dodd, Managing Director for Development, Hilton UK & Ireland.
Guests were treated to live entertainment and guided tours of the hotel, as well as a sneak peek of the property’s conferencing and events facilities.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of Arena Racing Company, David Thorpe, said: “The arrival of the Hilton Garden Inn here at Doncaster Racecourse marks a major landmark for this historic site.
