Daniel Clifford extends his “Exclusively” offering with listing at The Bloomsbury Ballroom

February 28, 2014

Daniel Clifford, chef patron of the two-Michelin starred Midsummer House, Cambridge, in partnership with Seasoned Events, the award-winning London wedding and event caterers have secured a listing The Bloomsbury Ballroom, London.

Having launched the Exclusively brand with Blenheim Palace in December last year, the demand for the service to be brought to London has been unprecedented and confirmed as a listing with Bloomsbury Ballroom.

“Exclusively by Daniel Clifford”

The unique concept takes the celebrity chef dining experience to a new level, differentiated by not only having Daniel involved in the creation of the menu and cooking the food, but in addition having Daniel interacting and discussing the food with the guests at the event.

Terry Pullen, CEO of The Bloomsbury Ballroom said, “We are extremely busy with high-end corporate events and wedding enquiries. Having the relationship with Daniel through Seasoned Events allows us to offer an elevated culinary experience to our corporate clients and engaged couples.”

Daniel said, “We’ve worked on a number of weddings and private events; this partnership just seemed the next logical step in working together and marks a key milestone in the development of how I work with my team.”

Colin Sayers, Managing Director for Seasoned Events said, “Having Daniel involved with our wedding events brings another dimension to our sister company, The Perfect Wedding Company, which will offer engaged couples a Michelin starred experience.

“The new “Exclusively” offer is unique to the Group and the wider industry, in that many catering companies invite celebrity chefs to assist on one-off projects or endorse products, whereas “Exclusively” is a genuine desire and vision to deliver high-end fine dining for large numbers at private and corporate events, with Daniel creating the menu, preparing the dishes and being available at the event to talk about the food.”

About Seasoned Events

Seasoned Events provides food and events management services to over 60 venues across London and the surrounding areas, providing a range of tailored services to its events clients at venues where an outside caterer is required. This could be anything from a one-off dinner for 600 people at a kitchenless venue where staff build, cook and deliver a four-course banquet, to a more intimate dinner for ten.

Seasoned Events are listed at a number of the industry’s top venues including the Guildhall, Hampton Court Palace, Banqueting House, Proud2 One Mayfair and One Marylebone, and is also sole food and events supplier at the Royal Courts of Justice, Leander Club, and Tower Bridge Walkways.
