A beautiful spa hotel in the heart of the gorgeous town of Windsor are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team. Situated on the banks of the River Thames this 99 bedroom hotel has an A La Carte restaurant, 9 meeting rooms and up to 40 weddings per year.
This role will assist the Sous Chef and the Head Chef in producing high quality food, designing menus and covering all sections of the kitchen. This hotel is part of a small group so there is opportunity to move into Central London if so desired.
You must have 2 – 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie and you must be able to commute to Windsor as accommodation is not available.
This role is offering a generous salary of £20k per annum.
