Job description:
This stunning 1 Michelin star restaurant is looking for a mature Junior Sous Chef to join the team. You will already be a strong Senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous in a similar environment.
Working with the Chef Patron and Senior Sous you will be strong in all sections of the kitchen and be able to lead and watch the junior members of the kitchen.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning restaurant cooking to the highest standards.
