The Clink Charity is proud to launch Catered by Clink, a new nationwide catering and bakery offering that delivers high-quality food while directly supporting the rehabilitation and training of people in prison and young people at risk of offending.

Through this new initiative, customers can enjoy beautifully prepared canapés, pastries and celebration cakes – knowing that every order contributes to life-changing opportunities for individuals rebuilding their lives.
Catered by Clink combines professionally crafted food with a powerful social mission. All products are prepared by students and graduates of The Clink Charity’s accredited hospitality and bakery programmes, with trainees learning both inside prisons and within the community.
Participants work towards City & Guilds qualifications in professional cookery and baking, gaining practical skills, confidence and a clear pathway into employment after release – with the overarching aim of reducing re-offending.
The Catered by Clink catering menu spans breakfast, lunch and canapé boxes, with ready-to-serve pastry platters, finger sandwiches and canapé selections ideal for meetings, events and office gatherings. Office and workplace catering is available for delivery across London and the Home Counties, making the service particularly suited to corporate and professional settings.
For the perfect lunch spread, customers can choose the High Down Collection, which serves 10–12 and is priced at £265.00. This collection honours The Clink Charity’s very first restaurant at HMP Highdown, which launched the charity’s mission to reduce re-offending in 2010.
The platter includes sandwiches such as roast ham with mustard slaw, salmon and cream cheese, roast beef with pesto and rocket, or a vibrant hummus and grilled vegetable option. These are complemented by savoury finger items including a rich roast tomato and mozzarella tart or delicate teriyaki salmon bites. To finish, customers can enjoy classic cakes such as a sticky toffee and date teacake or a traditional Victoria sandwich.
A highlight of the service is the Bakery Collection, showcasing hand-crafted cakes, cookies, buns, loaves and traybakes produced at The Clink Bakery at HMP Brixton. Bakery items are currently available for collection only, with plans underway to introduce wider delivery by Spring 2026.
Customers can choose from items including a 6-inch red velvet cake serving eight for £45.00, an 8-inch version serving twelve for £55.00, and loaf cakes such as a malted banana cake for £15.00 – ideal for office tea breaks or small events. Popular Brixton brownie boxes, along with prosecco and truffle gift boxes, are available via nationwide postal delivery, allowing customers across the UK to support The Clink’s mission.
Looking ahead, Catered by Clink will endeavour to introduce a limited range of seasonal gift products across key gifting periods such as Valentine’s, Easter and Christmas, offering customers meaningful ways to celebrate while supporting rehabilitation and second chances.
All Catered by Clink items are produced with care by individuals building new futures through training and work experience. Every purchase helps sustain these programmes, creating more opportunities for people to gain qualifications, rebuild confidence and secure employment on release.
