CÉ LA VI London Officially Opens Its Doors to the Public Today

September 12, 2025

CÉ LA VI, the modern Asian rooftop restaurant and bar, officially opens its door today for its highly anticipated European debut. Its first London location at Paddington Square is open for bookings.

CÉ LA VI London crowns the top two floors of Paddington Square, becoming West London’s highest rooftop restaurant. With sweeping skyline views, bold modern Asian cuisine, and a multi-sensory dining and evening experience, the venue positions itself as one of the capital’s most exciting dining destinations.

At the heart of CÉ LA VI London is a bold and contemporary menu rooted in modern Asian cuisine, delivering vibrant, seasonal dishes that celebrate Asia’s diverse culinary heritage. On the menu, guests can expect to enjoy dishes that use high-quality ingredients and locally sourced produce, including signature plates like Miso Seabass with Szechuan green chilli sauce, Crispy Red Snapper, Wagyu Beef Tataki with truffle ponzu, and more. The culinary playfulness of the menu lies in the unexpected, where familiar dishes are reimagined with bold Asian flavours and paired with global influences. Crafted for sharing, the menu blends innovation and authenticity, offering a flavour-driven experience that’s as dynamic as the setting itself.

The venue spans two levels with an outdoor terrace perfect for al fresco dining; each space offers a distinct and unique experience. On the 17th floor, the restaurant, bar, and lounge come alive with energy from midday until late, evolving throughout the day from elegant lunches and sunset drinks to sultry dinners and late-night cocktails. An open central bar anchors the space, where the team crafts cocktails with an Asian sensibility—think elevated classics with regional ingredients and seasonal twists, including the Shiso Margarita, Paloma Caliente, and more. Complementing the cocktail offering is a list of rare wines and seasonal sakes.

On the 18th floor, a more intimate experience awaits. A private dining room for up to 14 guests offers floor-to-ceiling views over London’s iconic skyline—perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or elevated business dinners. A Lounge Bar on the same floor provides a more relaxed, after-dark atmosphere, with live DJs and curated performances creating a seamless blend of dining, drinking, and entertainment.
