Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Set to Open in September 2026

July 10, 2026

Immersive Hospitality Management has announced that Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, will open in central London in September 2026.

Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park

Part of Tribute Portfolio, Marriott Bonvoy’s global family of characterful, independent hotels, the property will bring a bohemian spirit to Bayswater, blending tradition and rebellion.

Located at 1 Lancaster Gate, the 309-room upscale hotel marks the completion of Immersive Hospitality Management’s £42 million transformation of the former Corus Hotel Hyde Park into a new lifestyle-led destination.

Situated on the doorstep of Hyde Park and within easy reach of Paddington, Mayfair and Oxford Street, the hotel has been designed as a tranquil urban escape.

The property will balance the energy of the city with the calm of its park-side setting, reflecting the elegance of Lancaster Gate, the spirit of Bayswater, the tranquillity of Hyde Park and the connectivity of Paddington.

The hotel’s interiors have been curated by interior designer Goddard Littlefair alongside architect Unwin Jones Partnership.

The design draws inspiration from the bohemian culture of the neighbourhood during the 1960s and 1970s.

Influences from creatives including Zandra Rhodes, Ossie Clark, David Hockney and David Hicks can be seen throughout the property.

Bold colour pairings, rich textures and abstract patterns sit alongside heritage detailing and Victorian architectural references.

The design also pays tribute to the hotel’s location beside Hyde Park, using greens and blues throughout to bring the outside in.

Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, will offer 309 guestrooms and suites across several room categories, ranging from Standard rooms through to Townhouse Suites.

Each room and suite will feature its own distinct design, combining vibrant interiors, striking materiality and modern comforts.

Guestrooms will include smart TVs, coffee machines, complimentary Grown Alchemist toiletries and considered seating nooks.

Suites will offer expanded layouts and elevated design details, while Family Hydeaway and Townhouse suites will also feature Toto Washlet smart toilets with heated seats, integrated bidet functionality, warm-air drying and customisable wash functions.

The hotel will also debut two food and beverage concepts designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community.

Seekers Restaurant & Bar will offer 138 seats and a contemporary British dining experience overlooking Hyde Park, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea within an eclectic, design-led setting.

The bar will offer an intimate, speakeasy-inspired atmosphere focused on inventive cocktails and social drinking.

HydeOut, the hotel’s 88-seat all-day café lounge and co-working space, will provide flexible space for meetings, coffee, dining and evening drinks beneath a glass-roofed courtyard.

Additional facilities will include a gym and studio space featuring Life Fitness equipment, alongside two flexible meeting rooms available in a range of layout configurations.

The meeting rooms can be booked separately or together and will include equipment to support events, including TVs, flip charts and markers, name cards, stationery, stackable chairs and tables, and conference call equipment.

Andrew Khoo, Chairman of Immersive Hospitality Management, said: “The opening of Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, marks a significant milestone for Immersive Hospitality Management and the culmination of an ambitious transformation project for our flagship London asset. We recognised an opportunity to create a hotel that responds to the evolving expectations of modern travellers, combining lifestyle-led hospitality, strong design credentials and dynamic social spaces in one of the capital’s most sought-after locations. We look forward to welcoming guests from September 2026.”

Immersive Hospitality Management has signed a hotel management agreement for Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, partnering with Vertiq Hospitality Partners.

Vertiq brings experience operating Marriott Bonvoy-branded properties, including the 161-room Bankside Hotel, Autograph Collection.

Located directly opposite Hyde Park, Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is positioned for both business and leisure travellers.

The hotel offers access to Lancaster Gate, Paddington Station, Kensington Palace, Marble Arch, Little Venice and the wider city.
