Coco Brazil is set to launch what it describes as Liverpool’s first Bubble Tea Cocktail Menu this summer, adding a new drinks experience to the city’s hospitality scene.

The Bold Street restaurant and bar will introduce the limited-edition menu in July 2026, combining the textures of traditional Taiwanese bubble tea with Brazilian-inspired cocktails and tropical flavours.
Set across two floors, Coco Brazil is known for its luxury rodízio dining experience, tropical interiors and evening entertainment. The new drinks collection has been designed to add a playful, multi-sensory element to its summer offer.
Created by the team at Coco Brazil, the menu will feature tropical fruits, cachaça, vodka and rum, paired with popping boba and traditional tapioca pearls. The collection will also include alcohol-free options.
Highlights from the menu include the Brazilian Bubble Mojito, Copacabana Cloud and Coco Volcano, alongside alcohol-free serves including Rio Sunrise and Amazon Glow.
A spokesperson for Coco Brazil said: “I’ve always loved bubble tea; whenever I visited a shop, I’d order one. I’m also a big fan of cocktails, so one day I thought: why not combine the two?
“I began experimenting with various cocktails and fruit pearls, tasting unique flavour combinations and adjusting them until they complemented each other perfectly. Once I hit on the recipes I loved, the Bubble Cocktail Collection was born.
“The fruit pearls we use come directly from Taiwan, the birthplace of bubble tea. I wanted to bring those authentic ingredients to Liverpool while creating something completely new and exciting.
“The Bubble Cocktail Collection is available every day throughout the summer. On Friday and Saturday evenings, guests can also enjoy live Brazilian entertainment, making Coco Brazil one of Liverpool’s most vibrant dining destinations.”
The launch reflects the growing appetite for experience-led drinks, with operators using flavour, theatre and cultural influences to create more distinctive bar and restaurant occasions.
