Cult burger and steak restaurant, Burger & Beyond, is set to open in Brighton this summer. The team’s first bricks and mortar restaurant outside of the capital, Burger & Beyond will begin to serve the local Brighton and Sussex community with their award-winning burgers from July.

Located a stone’s throw from the iconic Brighton seafront, the new site is a culmination of a long search for the perfect space, marking a homecoming for founders Tom Stock and Craig Povoas who have strong family ties to the area. The two founded Burger & Beyond as a pioneering street food concept in 2015 and quickly gained a huge following for their patties – made with a precise mix of dry-aged, rare-breed beef.
In 2018, Burger & Beyond opened their first site in Shoreditch, with two further openings following in Soho and Borough Yards in 2022. Now with the space to create an à la carte menu, their offering gently expanded beyond their award-winning burgers with the addition of expertly-cooked British steaks, Americana-style sides and signature cocktails for which they’ve become synonymous. The team now operates three restaurants alongside their ‘Counter’ concepts across London and in Manchester, which continue to serve burgers from noon until late.
