Junk Group, the French hospitality brand behind smash burger concept Junk and cookie brand Puffy, has announced a major expansion across London with four new openings planned over the coming months.

Founded by entrepreneurs Majed Mansour and Wissem Ben Ammar, the group has rapidly established itself as a standout name in the fast-casual dining sector, with its first Soho site proving a huge success. Originally built around its signature smash burgers, Junk has since evolved its portfolio with the launch of Puffy, strengthening its position within the wider street food and casual dining landscape.
The next phase of growth begins with Puffy Mayfair, opening on 20th May. The boutique site will feature 12 covers and focus on the brand’s signature decadent cookies. This will be followed on 28th May by Junk Spitalfields, a 45-seat site bringing together both Junk Burgers and Puffy Cookies under one roof.
Later in the year, Junk Group will continue its London rollout with standalone Junk and Puffy locations in Covent Garden, further expanding its footprint in key central locations.
The menus at the new sites will remain consistent with the existing offering. Junk will continue to serve its Classic Cheeseburger with American cheese and house-made Junk sauce, the Truffle Double Cheeseburger with fried onions and truffle sauce, and the Crispy Veggie Burger, alongside Panko Chicken Bites. Puffy will offer its signature range of seven cookie flavours, including Chocolate Duo & Peanut Butter and White Chocolate & Matcha.
This expansion reflects the continued growth and international momentum of Junk Group, underpinned by innovation, creativity, and uncompromising quality. Founders Majed Mansour and Wissem Ben Ammar say on the opening “We’re excited to continue expanding Junk across London. Opening new restaurants in iconic neighbourhoods like Covent Garden, Mayfair and Spitalfields is a major step for the brand. Each area has its own energy and culture, and we’re proud to keep growing in a city that continues to inspire us every day.”
