Heston Blumenthal has today announced a new strategic investment from COMO Group into The Fat Duck group, following a sustained period of strong performance over the past year.

The investment, made into The Fat Duck group’s holding company, SL6 Limited, will support the continued evolution of its award-winning restaurants in Bray, Berkshire. This includes The Fat Duck, an iconic three Michelin-star restaurant known for its distinctive multisensory gastronomy, and The Hinds Head, the group’s Michelin-starred traditional British pub.
The Hinds Head has delivered consistent month-on-month growth over the past 18 months and is set to achieve record performance this year. The Fat Duck has also delivered solid performance, with increased growth reflecting continued demand for its distinctive dining experience. Both restaurants are performing well with bookings remaining in high demand for the upcoming three-month reservation window.
The partnership with COMO Group, an international gourmet foods, dining and luxury hospitality company, brings significant investment and world-class expertise, marking an exciting new chapter for The Fat Duck group. It will enable the group to explore exciting expansion opportunities, building on its reputation for innovative British dining.
