Eatphoria, the pioneering multi-brand quick-service restaurant group that owns Wraps & Wings, is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Woodland as its new Head of Procurement & Supply Chain.

From more than 50 locations across the UK, Eatphoria operates a multi-brand model that enables franchisees to more effectively serve consumers across all dayparts. The portfolio is led by its flagship brand, Wraps & Wings, alongside breakfast brands, Eggsquisite and Holy Bagel, and dinner-focused propositions, Dim Dum and Mad about Doner. Each year, it serves more than 1.1m customers.
Greg joins Eatphoria with more than 25 years of experience in building resilient supply chains within the foodservice sector. Prior to joining the Group, he spent more than 18 years at SSP plc, where he served as Purchasing & Supply Chain Director, responsible for driving results across the UK, Ireland and Netherlands. Alongside this, he has also held senior roles at Aramark and Compass. His background spans multiple formats and channels, from contract catering and hospitality to travel, with extensive experience supporting complex, multi-site and international operations.
In his new role, Greg will lead Eatphoria’s procurement and supply chain function as it continues to scale across owned stores, franchising, and brand licensing partnerships. His experience will prove invaluable in the UK as the group continues its expansion strategy.
Greg joins Eatphoria’s growing and highly experienced management team. Over recent months, it has appointed Richard Benton as Chief Operating Officer, Olivia Vachon as Head of Marketing, Matthew Chapman as Head of Sales, and Tony Day as Design & Construction Manager, bringing decades of experience to the Group.
Mohammad Shaikh, CEO of Eatphoria, said: “Greg is a high-calibre operator. He joins Eatphoria with a tremendous amount of experience in building and evolving supply chains, working with some of the biggest brands in the foodservice industry.
“As we scale in the UK and look to attract more multi-unit franchisees, having a supply chain that is robust, resilient and can be leveraged to help our partners drive margins will be critical to our growth. Greg will play an important role in evolving our supply chain and supporting our franchisees as we take the next steps forward in our expansion strategy.”
