Connect Catering Appoints Nico Prinsloo as Commercial Director

Connect Catering has appointed Nico Prinsloo as Commercial Director as the independent contract caterer continues to strengthen its senior leadership team and support further growth across its education, business & industry and care sectors.

Nico joins the business with more than 25 years’ experience across hospitality, foodservice and contract catering, bringing a strong commercial background spanning business development, client engagement and strategic growth.

Beginning his career in operational hospitality before progressing into senior commercial leadership roles, Nico has developed extensive experience in building long-term client partnerships and supporting sustainable business growth within the catering sector.

In his new role, he will lead Connect Catering’s commercial strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team to support business development, client retention and continued expansion across the company’s core markets.

Victoria Murrell, CEO of Connect Catering, said: “Nico brings significant industry experience and a strong commercial understanding of the contract catering market. His appointment further strengthens our leadership team as we continue to grow the business across multiple sectors.
