BM Strengthens Operations Team to Support Company Growth

BM has appointed Rhiannon Read and Lee Jures in key roles to strengthen its operations function across the UK.

Joining as operations director and operations manager respectively, they will oversee the company’s operations planning processes.

With 14 years of leadership experience, Rhiannon Read joins BM from her role as Lexington Catering account manager at London Business School, where she led the strategic and operational delivery of the school’s catering, retail and hospitality services.

In her new role as operations director, she will work closely with teams and clients to deliver seamless, high-quality workplace catering across BM. Read’s previous roles include operations director at The Good Eating Company and operations manager, followed by head of operations at Two Hands Food Group.

Lee Jures previously worked at Restaurant Associates as a project manager and UK account director; his main responsibilities included leading client engagement, project delivery, and operational improvements.

In his new role as operations manager, he will lead and inspire teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistently high standards of service and performance. Other previous positions include contract director for Independent Schools at Sodexo, resort F&B director for Leisure at Aramark, and director of operations at Aramark.

My focus will be on strengthening operational consistency while continuing to elevate the experience for both clients and their teams.”

Jures added: “I’m delighted to be joining BM at a time of continued momentum for the business. What stood out to me is the company’s commitment to quality and its client-first culture. I’m looking forward to getting started.”
