Rajiv Erinjery has been appointed Executive Chef of London Marriott Hotel Park Lane in Mayfair, including Lanes of London, the Mediterranean-inspired, all-day dining restaurant.

With over 25 years’ experience, Chef Erinjery will oversee all culinary operations; driving menu development, sourcing local ingredients and running day-to-day operations, while refining the overall dining experience, with a renewed emphasis on seasonality and creativity.
Erinjery joins from PPHE Hotel Group where he held the position of Head Chef at Park Plaza County Hall London. During his time here, he played a key role in elevating the hotel’s culinary proposition, contributing to the achievement of AA Rosette recognition in 2024 and 2025. Prior to this, he held Head Chef positions at Grosvenor House Suites, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Grange Hotels, Corus Hotels and Hilton London Paddington.
His recent accolades, including being named Tilda Team Chef of the Year 2025 and achieving Best in Class at Salon Culinaire 2025, underscore his commitment to excellence and innovation in the kitchen.
