Founded by husband and wife team Andrei and Crisitina in 2022, the pair wanted to bring a taste of Florence (their home) to the streets of London. Schiacciata is a flatbread synonymous with Tuscany and Umbria and widely available throughout Florence. Centred on using fresh and premium ingredients, at Dal Fiorentino the Schiacciata is made daily and filled with all of Italy’s greatest hits; Buffalo Mozzarella, San Marzano Tomatoes, Salami, Parma Ham, Homemade Pesto and so much more – every bite is a taste of Italy.
