Savore Sharpens Its Edge with New Leadership Appointments

March 4, 2026

After three incredible years of sustainable and successful growth, Savore has expanded its leadership team with four key appointments. September 2025 marked three years since Dan Kelly founded Savore, and the team is growing from strength to strength as they expand their influence within the London market.

Ludvina Hatert, Sam Lewis, Julia Domanski and Gigi Heatherington join the current team in pivotal roles. Each brings a wealth of diverse and exciting experience to the table, and as Savore enters a dynamic fourth year of business, they’re set to put their skills to extensive use across the London workplace dining market.

Ludvina joined Savore in early 2026 in the role of Food Curator. This role encompasses hands-on work with the kitchen teams across all Savore’s locations, and nurturing and propelling Savore’s food ethos forward with creativity and a strong focus on creating premium, bespoke dining experiences for Savore’s client partners and their guests.

Having previously worked in Michelin-level kitchens across London, Sydney and China, Ludvina is no stranger to the discipline and finesse required in the very best fine dining restaurants. She has worked with the likes of Eric Frechon, Peter Gilmore and Josh Niland. More recently, within the world of workplace dining at Vacherin, Ludvina has spearheaded hospitality development, working with location teams in a wide variety of sectors and managing both small and large scale events.

Speaking about joining Savore at this significant moment in the company’s growth journey, Ludvina said: “Savore feels curious, generous and full of personality: the kind of place where ideas are shared and food tells a story. I’m excited to step into a role that’s about connection, creativity and collaboration, and to help shape experiences that feel thoughtful, joyful and memorable.”

Sam Lewis, in her role as Quality & Experience Manager, brings a wealth of experience in the industry, including a recent tenure at Houston & Hawkes. She is charged with ensuring consistent 5-star quality and seamless delivery of all services to Savore’s growing portfolio of locations.

Sam’s enthusiasm about her new role was clear when she said: ‘This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining such a genuinely passionate, down-to-earth and caring team. Savore is an exciting and young company, full of so many creative ideas, and it is abundantly clear that they have a crystal-clear vision for the future. I’m beyond thrilled to be a part of that future.”

Jules Domanski joined Savore as ESG & Partnerships Manager, a dynamic dual role which combines her passion for all things ‘sustainability’ and her years of experience as a chef, food writer and recipe developer for the likes of Ocado and Thermomix UK & Ireland.

Her soul-deep passion for sharing her love of food and for creating more sustainable food systems for future generations came across clearly when she said: ‘There’s a lot of ‘talk’ about ESG in our industry, but it’s still quite rare to find companies who are walking the walk! In Savore, I found a company where sustainability and ethics are woven into the very fabric of the business. My task is quite simply to continue developing our already impressive ESG strategy, and to make others as passionate about this important area as I am.

“Seeking and building new partnerships for Savore comes very naturally to me as I genuinely believe in what we and our location teams are doing every day. Attracting like-minded client partners during this period of growth has been hugely exciting and I can’t wait to see what the future for Savore holds.”

Gigi Heatherington joined the team to provide consistent, hands-on operational support. She has a passion for every part of the F&B industry, having grown up in a household obsessed with all things ‘hospitality’. Gigi works alongside Sam to support Savore’s onsite teams, ensuring they receive the attention and care they require to provide 5-star service.

The thing Gigi finds most exciting about Savore is that she’s ‘never felt more energised by my workplace – delicious food, passionate people and an environment that inspires creativity could never get boring!’.

Alongside these four exciting new roles within the business, existing team members are also stepping up into more senior and responsible positions as Savore grows.

Kristy Hodgson has stepped into a Company Executive Chef role at Savore to support Ludvina, and plays a key role in inspiring the chefs throughout the business. She is an incredibly multi-faceted chef with a passion for championing world cuisines as authentically as possible.

Anna Morris, Creative & Marketing Manager, has been part of Savore’s story from the very beginning, and has been instrumental in developing Savore’s marketing and creative strategy and ‘vision’ as the business grows. Anna is also a successful coffee entrepreneur and runs her own social enterprise coffee shop alongside her work with Savore. Her expertise in this area ensures that Savore serves the very best coffee alongside the delicious food.

For Dan Kelly, Savore’s founder and owner, it’s been a busy but hugely rewarding three years, and he’s looking forward to further sustained growth as the team expands. Reflecting Kelly said: ‘These appointments ensure we remain true to our vision of proactively investing in team growth ahead of the requirement for this extra resource. Expanding the leadership team now ensures we will always deliver on our commitment to providing our locations and teams the highest levels of support.

“It is so exciting to see the business growing and thriving. To have our services be so well-received and believed in by clients, and to see such warm enthusiasm for what we do from new team members- it’s all I could ask for as an emerging, independent business owner. I believe that with the addition of our new Inspiration & Leadership Team members, we are bringing something really unique and special to the table, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for Savore.”
