Laros, the popular authentic Greek street food brand known across Liverpool for its flavour-packed gyros and traditional dishes, has announced its latest expansion with a new kitchen takeover at The Little B in Sale, marking the brand’s first move into Greater Manchester with a customer facing space.

Officially launching on 20th March, the partnership will see Laros permanently take over the kitchen at the neighbourhood venue, giving Manchester diners the opportunity to enjoy the brand’s authentic Greek street food in a vibrant setting.
Founded by Nikolaos Fylladitakis in 2019, Laros has grown steadily across Liverpool with locations on Bold Street, Storrsdale Road in Mossley Hill, a kitchen in Blackstock Market and a pop-up at Hotel Anfield. The new collaboration with The Little B represents the next step in the brand’s journey as it brings its signature dishes to a new audience.
The move also marks an evolution for Laros in Manchester, transforming what had previously been a delivery-focused dark kitchen presence in the city into a full dining experience where guests can enjoy the food freshly prepared and served in a lively hospitality environment.
Located in the heart of Sale, The Little B is known for its welcoming atmosphere, drinks offering and community feel, making it the perfect setting for Laros to introduce its authentic Greek menu to Manchester.
Guests will be able to enjoy Laros’ much-loved street food favourites everyday from 12pm-10pm, including gyros wraps, souvlaki skewer boxes, loaded hot boxes and fresh Greek salads, alongside a selection of vegan dishes from the brand’s Laros Green menu, all made using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients.
Laros is also launching its Greek style burgers for the first time at Little B including The Laros Burger; beef patty with feta cheese and sriracha mayo, Grilled Chicken with honey mayo mustard sauce and the Fried Talagani Cheese Burger with sriracha mayo.
Nikolaos, who moved to Liverpool in 2014, created Laros as a way of sharing the food he and his family grew up eating in Greece, bringing authentic flavours and ingredients to the UK.
Many of the brand’s key ingredients are imported directly from Greece, including meats, dairy and drinks such as Greek wines, beers and soft drinks, ensuring every dish remains true to its roots.
Nikolaos Fylladitakis, Owner of Laros, said: “Expanding into Manchester is a really exciting moment for us. Liverpool has supported Laros from the beginning, so being able to bring our food the city in a new venue felt like a natural next step for us.
“Taking over the kitchen at The Little B allows us to move away from a dark kitchen concept and offer a proper hospitality experience where guests can sit, relax and enjoy authentic Greek street food in a great atmosphere.”
“Our goal has always been to share the food we grew up eating in Greece and show people how simple, fresh ingredients can create something really special. We’re looking forward to welcoming Manchester guests and sharing Laros with a whole new community.”
