Clermont Hotel Group (CHG) has been recognised as one of the top UK best places to work on the 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces list which was announced by Great Place To Work UK.

CHG jumped to 8th in the Best Workplaces List this year in the super-large company category after its team, responded anonymously to a Trust Index survey. CHG were previously ranked 46th in the standings, seeing a significant increase across core areas this year, including 85% in their Trust Index Score.
After previously being recognised as a Great Place To Work, Clermont Hotel Group has continued to drive its people, talent and development strategy forward for its colleagues. There has been a continued focus for CHG to support colleagues through its unique learning and development centre, ‘The Academy’. Designed to upskill and develop employees for long term careers within the Clermont Hotel Group, it provides tailored programmes, masterclasses and on-the-job training to staff across the group’s entire portfolio. Last year saw The Academy provide 48,000 hours of training to employees, an increase of 140% compared to the previous year.
Earlier this year, CHG also announced its Company Sponsored Membership of the Institute of Hospitality, providing employees with access to on-demand learning, practical resources and global networking opportunities.
