Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa in the New Forest has expanded its senior leadership team, appointing Mandy Walker as Director of Sales and promoting Frances Trowbridge-Moore to Spa Manager.
Bringing more than two decades of hospitality sales experience, Mandy will spearhead the hotel’s sales strategy, drive growth and strengthen brand presence across corporate, leisure and events markets, with a focus on cultivating long-term partnerships. Prior to this, Mandy worked with Hand Picked Hotels at Rhinefield House Hotel for 18 years, where she served as Regional Sales Manager and worked extensively within the MICE sector, developing key national accounts while consistently delivering strong performance for the group.
Alongside this appointment, Careys Manor has promoted Frances Trowbridge-Moore to Spa Manager. She will lead SenSpa, the hotel’s Thai-inspired wellness spa, and be responsible for commercial growth and staff development for her 31-strong team, elevating the overall guest experience. Frances joined the spa in May 2024 as Reception Manager and now succeeds Spa Director Lina Lotto following her retirement at the end of 2025.
