A proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Virtuoso, the property is elevating its level of personalised hospitality to whole new heights ahead of its re-opening for the season on 1st May 2026.

The role of a butler will extend beyond traditional service as they will act as a curator of the stay and become the guest’s personal experience manager. The butlers have been expertly trained to predict the guests’ needs, often before the guest realises it themselves. From private welcomes upon arrival and tailored suite introductions to the organisation of in-suite private dinners, exclusive wine tastings, bespoke excursions, or cultural experiences across Lošinj, every detail is considered.
In an era where luxury is less about lavishness and more about forming intimate connections, having quality time, and achieving a true state of relaxation, the butlers will be on hand to make every stay as seamless as possible. Creating a sense of comfort and ease, the butlers will unpack suitcases and organise the wardrobe, prepare the morning ritual of coffee or tea to a personal preference, undertake a turndown service with the guest’s chosen scent or run a warm bath with aromatic salts and candles inspired by the island’s “healing air”. Daily garment care and assistance with special celebrations or intimate dinners will also be arranged to complete the experience.
