Ambros Daytona Joins Trademark Collection by Wyndham as Daytona Beach’s First Property in the Brand

March 30, 2026

Daytona’s first boutique hotel, Ambros Daytona, has joined Trademark Collection by Wyndham, part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, becoming the first property in the portfolio in Daytona Beach. The 50-room hotel, opened in January 2026, is designed for leisure traveler’s with an emphasis on wellbeing, and aims to transform the coastal city’s hospitality offerings.

Trademark Collection by Wyndham celebrates independent hotel identity, giving owners the freedom to preserve what makes their properties unique while leveraging the global scale, commercial strength, and operational support of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Designed for travelers who value individuality and authentic experiences, the collection offers distinctive stays that reflect each destination’s character.

Developed by visionary entrepreneurs Louis S. Caiola, Graham Jones, and Gregory Jones, Ambros Daytona is located on Daytona Beach’s Atlantic Avenue, known as “The Shores”, and offers guests 50 rooms and suites across two categories – Queen rooms averaging 325-square-feet and King Family Suites ranging between 325- and 500-square-feet – several of which feature kitchenettes for added convenience. Several rooms provide full ocean views, allowing guests to take in the stunning coastal scenery. Each room and suite is fashioned with a custom color “Ambros Cool Blanche” colour palette, while “Greek Villa” hues on the ceilings create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. Local muralist Christopher Nebel created the murals in the rooms, drawing inspiration from the artistic style seen in Lenny Kravitz’s Brazilian home. The hotel scent, Apotheke White Vetiver, offers guests a sensory experience through diffusers, room sprays and bath amenities.

Pioneering a new era for the city, Ambros Daytona brings a modern, boutique beach club energy to the area, offering a stylish alternative to the traditional, colourful Florida aesthetic. The original three-story 1960’s structure has undergone a meticulous transformation to blend modern elegance with timeless charm, maintaining the original exterior envelope, while showcasing an extensive interior reimagining. Minimalistic, calming colour tones are found throughout the rooms and furniture while the vibrant pool deck and lounge area features Blomus poolside daybeds and majestic and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, complemented by The Counter, a poolside cafe where guests can order light refreshments, wine, beer and light coastal fare. The personalised approach to hospitality all contribute to creating an unprecedented experience for traveler’s visiting for sports competitions, festivals, the legendary surf break, or simply a relaxing beach getaway.

Further enhancing the guest experience, Ambros Daytona will introduce the adjacent Ambros Daytona Wellness Studio, a 1,200-square-foot space located just across the street from the hotel, in summer 2026. Offering yoga, holistic massages, surf lessons and esthetician treatments, the studio will serve both hotel guests and the local community. The studio will be spearheaded by Ambros Daytona’s Wellness Coordinator Paige Jagger, who will provide a daily lineup of programs and activities that perfectly complement Daytona’s relaxed beach lifestyle.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Trademark Collection, and bring Ambros Daytona to a wider audience of traveler’s seeking an upscale, boutique hospitality experience,” said Louis Caiola, Co-Founder of Ambros Daytona. “Daytona Beach is an important place for us, and we’re excited to have the opportunity to share what makes this stretch of the Atlantic coastline special with their guests.”

Graham Jones, Co-founder of GRJ LLC and developer of Ambros Daytona says, “We saw an opportunity to revitalise the city with the opening of Ambros Daytona, and we’re thrilled that this vision is shared by Wyndham. Ambros Daytona represents a new era of hospitality in Daytona Beach, and we’re proud to showcase what the city has to offer to our guests.”
