Wingstop UKI, the restaurant brand that doesn’t play when it comes to flavour, today announces the appointment of Alistair Fraser as Group Finance Director, where he will oversee the finance function and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.

The appointment further strengthens Wingstop UKI’s senior leadership team as the company continues its rapid expansion across the UK and Ireland. Earlier this month, Wingstop UKI announced the appointment of Emma Colquhoun as Chief Growth Officer and Dirujan Sabesan as the company’s first-ever Chief Brand Officer.
Alistair joins Wingstop UKI with more than 17 years’ experience in the food and hospitality industries across some of the world’s most recognised brands. Most recently, Alistair led the finance function at BKUK, the master franchise for Burger King in the UK, having also held senior positions at Ocado Group and Whitbread. Across his career, Alistair has worked at the heart of fast-growing businesses, supporting expansion, investment and long-term planning.
Commenting on his appointment, Alistair Fraser said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Wingstop UKI team at such an exciting moment in its growth journey. The brand is truly market leading, with an incredible culture and one of the most loyal fan bases in the industry. I look forward to leveraging my experience to help shape and deliver the strategic priorities, continued growth and long-term success across the UK and Ireland.”
Paddy Bamford, CFO of Wingstop UKI, said: “Alistair brings an outstanding track record to the team, and his expertise and strategic insight will be invaluable as we continue to grow and bring flavour to new communities in the UK and Ireland.”
