The Ann Savannah, proudly announces the appointment of Leigh Anne Staden as General Manager. A respected hospitality leader with over 20 years of experience in full service and select service hotels, Staden brings a thoughtful, service driven approach shaped by opening hotels, leading high performing teams, and consistently exceeding brand benchmarks.
Staden most recently served as General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head Island, where she opened the custom built 115 room property and led it to achieve guest satisfaction scores in the top 10 percent of the Courtyard brand within its first year. Throughout her career with leading hospitality groups including LBA Hospitality, Schulte Hospitality, and Buffalo Lodging Associates, she has overseen multi property operations, managed complex revenue strategies, mentored rising leaders, and consistently delivered strong GOP performance.
At The Ann Savannah, Staden will focus on strengthening the hotel’s identity as a residential style retreat in the heart of the city. As one of the few apartment style offerings within Savannah’s Historic District, the property offers spacious one to four bedroom suites designed for multigenerational and extended stays, complete with full kitchens, separate living and dining areas, and flexible layouts ideal for wedding parties, group travel, and longer term visits.
