Boojum Drops Biggest Menu Shake Up Since Day 1… New Signature Dishes, Snacking Tacos, and the Arrival of ‘Patatas’

January 30, 2026

Boojum is turning up the heat with the biggest menu change in its history, adding eight new signature dishes, new proteins and a host of new sides, sauces and flavours, that will sit alongside current menu favourites.

The new menu introduces eight chef curated Signature dishes, designed to make ordering faster and easier than ever – especially for first timers, or anyone looking for big flavour inspiration.

The eight new dishes include six fully loaded burritos or bowls, and two new, crisp salads. Each dish has been expertly crafted by Boojum’s team based on modern lifestyles and emerging food trends, making it easier than ever to land a great “one tap” order.

Among the standouts is the California Birria, a fully loaded burrito or bowl packed with rich, slow cooked beef birria, crispy spiced patatas and fresh guac for big, West Coast-inspired flavour.

For those craving comfort with a kick, the Fully Loaded Chilli Bowl features the cult hero Mexican rice, beef chilli, queso, cheese, pickled onions and chorizo crunch’um in one unapologetically hearty bowl.

The Chipotle Caesar Salad is Boojum’s twist on a classic, combining smoky chipotle dressing with 6 spiced chicken, crisp lettuce and serious crunch.

Following huge demand during its limited time run, fan favourite Cholula Hot Honey Chicken also makes a statement as a permanent menu item. Fans asked, and Boojum delivered.

Every section of the menu is getting an upgrade. To expand the sides options, the brand is adding Mexican Spiced Patatas. The crispy, golden and seasoned to perfection potatoes can also be ordered as a crispy topping to any burrito or bowl and as a bundle option for the new Snacking Tacos offering.

Already unlocked the ultimate Boojum order? The brand’s famous, build-your-own model isn’t going anywhere. The fully customisable ordering option remains exactly as it is, now with even more flavours to choose from, including Birria Beef, Pineapple Habanero Salsaand Macha Salsa.

Paul McCullagh, Boojum Head of Marketing, said: “This is the biggest change we’ve ever made to the Boojum menu, and we’re excited to finally roll it out across the UK and Ireland. We’ve poured huge amounts of energy into crafting these new Signature dishes and bringing innovative new flavours to the menu. We believe we’ve really levelled up the food experience for our customers, whilst at the same time making it easier than ever to walk up to the counter and order with confidence. Whether you’ve had the same Boojum order for years, or you’re brand new and don’t know where to start.”
