ALL Accor, the powerful booking platform and worldclass loyalty program of Accor, haveannounced the launch of its ALL Accor app in ChatGPT designed to enrich the experience of its growing customer base.

Accor thus becomes one of the first hotel groups and French industry leader to offer such an innovation, positioning itself at the forefront of digital transformation. In an era where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is redefining standards and capabilities across all industries, this initiative highlights Accor’s commitment to delivering service excellence.

Through this new functionality, travellers can use natural language to search for Accor hotels, specify destination, dates, and guest details, view both public and ALL loyaltymember rates, and access property information such as room types, amenities, and location in ChatGPT. When ready to book, users are redirected to ALL Accor booking platform for a secured reservation.

The app in ChatGPT is now available in more than 20 languages, and in the countries where ChatGPT apps are supported.

Artificial Intelligence serves as a foundational enabler within Accor’s strategy, crucial for generating substantial value for both property owners and guests and delivering differentiated, best-in-class experiences. AI is reshaping consumer expectations, and Accor is committed to serving travellers on the platforms they want to use, every day. The new app in ChatGPT will enhance the guest journey and unlock new possibilities, making trip preparations more seamless. It has been designed for ChatGPT and is distinct from the ALL Accor mobile app. Launching the ALL Accor app in ChatGPT reflects Accor’s goal to deliver intuitive, personalized experiences that combine convenience with loyalty benefits, while increasing visibility for its global portfolio with the world’s most widely used AI platform.

Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor: “This introduction of the ALL Accor app on ChatGPT marks a pivotal moment for Accor. We are fundamentally transforming how guests interact with our brands, leveraging cuttingedge capabilities to deliver unparalleled convenience and personalization. This move significantly enhances our ALL Accor loyalty proposition and reinforces our market leadership, creating substantial value across our global network for both our guests and our valued partners.”
