Kamara, the high-end cocktail bar from Tasos Gaitanos and Alex Large, founders of London’s acclaimed Brother Marcus, invites guests to welcome 2026 in true East-Mediterranean style with a vibrant New Year’s Eve celebration in Soho. Located on Poland Street, Kamara blends expert craftsmanship, Greek heritage and a design-led aesthetic to create one of London’s most immersive cocktail experiences. Known for its warm hospitality and refined drinks programme, the bar will offer an elevated setting in which to toast the year ahead.

From 10pm, the bar will transform into a late-night New Year’s party until 2pm, guests will be welcomed with a signature Kamara cocktail before settling into an unforgettable night of music, atmosphere and East-Mediterranean revelry. As the clock nears midnight, the bar will come alive with a high-energy countdown, complete with a celebratory glass of champagne and Kamara’s uniquely immersive flair. A live DJ will soundtrack the entire evening, creating a vibrant, late-night rhythm in the heart of Soho, with final DJ details to be announced shortly. Guests may arrive any time between 10pm and 1am.
Ring in the new year with drinks inspired by various regions of the East-Mediterranean – with cocktails including the ‘Tuvunu Highball’ – Kamara fig brandy, Metaxa 12*, Greek mountain tea, fermented figs in honey, fresh lemon, 3 Cents fig leaf soda; ‘Coffee and Honey Old Fashioned’ – Michter’s bourbon whiskey, Cretan aged eau de vie, coffee & cacao distillate, British burnt butter, Exmoor honey, aromatic bitters, and ‘Smoked Pepper Daisy’ – Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej mezcal, single variety tsipouro, smoked boukovo, Kamara hay smoked tomato spirit, crushed black pepper, basil leaf oil. Perhaps most representative of Kamara’s ethos is the Mahleb, a gimlet made with Axia mastiha and Tsipouro, macerated with Essex grown Cardamom leaf.
