Enabling a Fair Shot in Hospitality

December 2, 2025

Join Fair Shot for an engaging evening exploring how hospitality organisations can become more inclusive for people with learning disabilities.

This event is for decision makers and hiring managers in the hospitality and catering industry, who are looking into becoming more inclusive, diversifying their work force and supporting a charity revolutionising our industry.

Join the team at Fair Shot for an engaging evening exploring the benefits and real world impact you can have by becoming an inclusive employer for people with learning disabilities.

Fair Shot train young adults with learning disabilities through a one-year Supported Internship Programme in their Covent Garden cafe. After completing their training,  graduates are supported to access paid, tailored and sustainable roles in hospitality and catering  by partnering with forward thinking employers across London.

This event is an opportunity to:

  • Learn about how the Fair Shot model works.
  • Hear directly from our employer partners who have hired Fair Shot graduates.
  • Hear from graduates, who will share their experience of working in hospitality.
  • Understand the support offered to employers who give graduates a Fair Shot.
  • Ask questions about how to become an employer partner.
  • And connect with your industry peers.

Fair Shot Café: Jan 27 from 6pm – 7:30pm

This is a Free To Attend Event, please register here now, spaces are limited.
