Shake Shack, the global burger brand from New York, is coming to Manchester, marking its first Shack in the North of England. The new restaurant will open in March 2026 at the Trafford Centre, inviting Mancunians and visitors to indulge in Shake Shack’s iconic menu.
Guests can look forward to enjoying all the Shack favourites, including the ShackBurger, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Flat-Top Dogs, and hand-spun shakes. Shake Shack is proud to bring its signature blend of flavour, hospitality, and community spirit to the vibrant north.

Ahead of the opening, a specially commissioned artist hoarding by local illustrator Jessica Lee will go up in December 2025. Jessica’s playful and vibrant illustrations capture the energy, creativity, and multicultural spirit of Manchester, blending the city’s music culture with whimsical Shake Shack elements — a fun visual taste of what’s to come.
