As 2025 draws to a close, TWO Services’ Managing Director, Barry Osborn, has reflected on a year that has been both challenging and rewarding for the nationwide kitchen cleaning and maintenance company.
He said: “This year has been one of the most successful in our history, marked by record growth, strong partnerships and the unwavering commitment of our people.”
TWO Services began 39 years ago when Barry’s father, Alan, founded the business with nothing more than a phone and an orange crate for a desk, guided by a simple belief that hard work, honesty and care would always deliver results.
Today, those values continue to guide the company. TWO remains a proud family business, supported by a team of more than 100 people who share the same dedication that started it all.
Osborn acknowledged that, like many organisations, the business has faced challenges both professional and personal this year. He added: “The resilience, integrity and commitment shown across every department have made me incredibly proud.”
Among this year’s highlights were new and renewed contracts, including partnerships with universities and colleges across the UK, as well as continued growth within the catering and facilities management sectors. These achievements reflect both the trust clients place in TWO Services and the expertise of its teams who deliver consistently high standards across every site.
The company also continued its community and environmental work, supporting organisations such as St Luke’s Hospice, The CRUMBS Project, Trust Links and Essex Wildlife Trust.
As TWO Services approaches its 40th year in 2026, it plans to continue focusing on innovation, sustainability and client partnership: building on the strong foundations laid by those who came before them.
Reflecting on the company’s journey, Osborn credited TWO’s achievements to its people and partners across the industry. He said that their continued trust, collaboration and shared values have been key to the company’s long-term success and will remain central to its next chapter.
