Steam Cooked Chicken Wings Fly Into Country Range’s Portfolio

October 17, 2025

With the popularity of chicken wings soaring and these delicious delights now a regular on street food, pub, restaurant and fast-food menus, Country Range has launched a new, innovative range of Steam Cooked Chicken Wings.

Offering the perfect blank canvas for caterers to express themselves and cross the road in to wing greatness, whether it’s US-style, Asian-inspired, Jerk, tikka or tandoori, dangerously hot and spicy or something else, the new juicy wings can be cooked from frozen, marinated and finished.

The Country Range Steam Cooked Wings come in packs of 5 x 1kg. Thanks to an innovative steam cooking method, the wings retain their moisture and nutrients, delivering tender, juicy meat with a crispy finish when baked, grilled, fried, or air-fried.

Rachel Porter, Country Range Group Marketing Manager, said:  “Whether as a main meal or a moreish side to accompany a larger feast, chicken wings are utilised on menus in a variety of different cuisines and have firmly become a consumer favourite among people of all ages. Our Steam Cooked Chicken Wings are unbelievably versatile and allow caterers to be as creative as they want with their final dish as they can be marinated and finished to their liking. We’re confident these will be a big hit with caterers of all sizes.”
