The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton is delighted to unveil its Christmas Menus and gifts for 2025, inviting guests to celebrate the festive season with exceptional food, warm hospitality, and meaningful gifting experiences, that warm the heart, whilst changing lives.
The Clink is a working restaurant with a powerful purpose. Run by The Clink Charity, it gives prisoners the chance to train in professional kitchens and front-of-house roles while serving their sentences. Through hands-on experience and recognised qualifications, they gain the skills and confidence needed to build a new future after release. The team have worked on an innovative Christmas menu to enjoy during the festive season, alongside some thoughtful gifts – ideal for all budgets.
The Clink Christmas Menu | ideal for festive parties and friendly meets
The Christmas menu is available from 2nd December, priced at £32.50 for two courses or £43.50 for three, celebrates seasonal ingredients and global flavours. Starters include beetroot-cured sea trout, roasted pumpkin tartlet, or duck rillettes. Mains range from traditional roast Turkey and Sirloin of beef to Pan-roasted hake or a Vegan wild mushroom-stuffed hispi cabbage. Desserts feature Pear and stem ginger pudding, Classic Christmas pudding, or Bitter chocolate mousse, with an Artisan cheeseboard also available. The menu is served with Clink Bakery bread and festive sides such as Rosemary roast potatoes, Pigs in blankets, and Brussels sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts.
