Leading UK hotel management company, RBH Hospitality Management has appointed Lauren Sargent as Group HR Director, bringing over 11 years of hospitality and HR experience to the role.
Lauren joins the management company from Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland to lead RBH’s people, talent and development strategy at a corporate level and across their diverse portfolio of over 50 hotels.
