Multi-Award-Winning Field-to-Fork Cheshire Restaurant Hosts Autumn Supper Club at LOST

September 20, 2025

LOST Wirral has announced its next supper club will be with the multi-award-winning husband and wife team, Felix and Anna Shore from Cheshire’s Restaurant 209.

Recently crowned Cheshire Life Magazine’s ‘Best Newcomer’ at the prestigious Food & Drink Awards 2025, amongst their many accolades, Restaurant 209 has been generating a culinary buzz across the region since opening its acclaimed doors in Farndon, Cheshire in September 2024.

Famed for their seasonal, ‘field-to-fork’ inspired dishes, Felix and Anna showcase some of Cheshire’s finest ingredients and passionate producers. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated 5-course feast, celebrating the very best of the region and beyond.

Having trained in some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens – from the cutting-edge restaurants of Scandinavia, to the culinary wonders of New Zealand, Chester and Liverpool, and now back in rural Cheshire – the couple bring a wealth of experience, unwavering commitment to technique, product quality, sustainability and seasonality to every dish.

LOST is a charming and unique barn venue housed in former farm buildings close to Claremont Farm on Wirral. A true foodie destination, LOST delivers exclusive dining events, showcasing some of the best culinary talent in the region and has played host to some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs. Alongside their celebrated ’supper-club’ events, LOST is also a highly sought-after weddings and events venue.

The 209 Supper Club will be held at LOST in Claremont Buildings (CH63 4JB), Wirral on Saturday, October 11th from 6.30pm for welcome drinks and seated by 7pm. With five courses and an optional, specially curated wine flight, the experience is set to last up to 3.5 hours.

Dave Loughlin, owner of LOST Wirral, said: “Since opening Lost, we’ve always wanted to keep true to our foodie roots – and hosting Supper Clubs is a true passion of mine. I’ve been watching 209 since they opened a year ago, and I truly love their approach to dining. Collaborating with someone like Felix – undoubtedly one of the best chefs in the region – is a real thrill. The time has nearly come for the 209 team to bring their fantastic talents to LOST, and I just know, it’s going to be absolutely incredible.”

Felix Shore, chef and owner of Restaurant 209, added: “Following in the footsteps of legends like Paul Askew to host a Supper Club at LOST is a true honour. We pride ourselves on our North West roots and this venue has become renowned for being a real foodie destination. We look forward to bringing fresh new season flavours and our warm 209 hospitality to the Wirral for the first time.”
