Food lovers are in for a culinary celebration as The Celtic Collection hosts its first-ever Restaurant Week, running from Friday 12 to Friday 19 September 2025.

For one week only, guests can enjoy specially curated set menus and unique dining experiences at nine standout restaurants across Wales, with additional offers at four more premium dining venues. The event celebrates the rich tapestry of Welsh flavours, showcasing the finest local produce and culinary craftsmanship.

Newport
- Celtic Manor Resort – a world tour of flavours awaits, from refined Asian dishes by Masterchef finalist Larkin Cen at PAD by Larkin Cen, to award-winning prime cuts at Steak on Six. Guests can also enjoy the ultimate buffet at The Olive Tree, and bold British flavours at The Grill and Rafters.
- Coldra Court Hotel – savour the taste of the American South at The Rib Smokehouse and Grill, where slow-smoked meats and hearty flavours take centre stage.
- Newbridge on Usk – modern British cuisine shines at this idyllic 2AA Rosette country inn, with seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden.
- Tŷ Magor – relax at Sawyers Bar and Grill, where comforting diner-style favourites are served with a smile.
- Tŷ Newport – embrace sunshine flavours at Casa Kitchen and Bar, inspired by the cuisines of Spain, Greece, and Italy.
Cardiff
- The Parkgate Hotel – discover chic dining at The Sorting Room, listed in the Michelin Guide, where classic dishes are reimagined with contemporary flair.
Pembrokeshire
- Tŷ Milford Waterfront – enjoy coastal dining at Dulse, where fresh seafood and locally inspired dishes meet stylish, modern presentation.
