atis Launches Limited-Edition Ukrainian-Inspired Bowl with Olia Hercules to Support Superhumans

September 27, 2025

atis, the London-based health-focussed restaurant brand built around the power of food and movement, has partnered with acclaimed Ukrainian chef, food writer and activist Olia Hercules to launch a limited-edition Ukrainian-inspired bowl in support of charity partner Superhumans.

Available for one month only, the dish brings a taste of Ukraine to London together with a meaningful cause: £1 from every bowl sold will be donated to Superhumans, a Ukrainian charity that provides world-class prosthetics, rehabilitation, reconstructive surgery and psychological support.

Founded in Ukraine by businessman Andriy Stavnitser, Superhumans was created to provide lasting support for people with life-changing injuries. Today, its mission is about enabling movement and independence, helping people rebuild their lives after life-changing injuries.

The new bowl, created in partnership with Olia Hercules, features kefir-marinated chicken, house-made pickles, grains, dill, omega seeds, atis’ herb yoghurt dressing and more. It draws inspiration from traditional Ukrainian flavours while staying true to atis’ ethos of creating bold, flavourful food that powers movement.

For Olia, food has always been about connection. She co-founded #CookForUkraine, a global fundraising initiative that has raised millions in humanitarian aid, and her latest book, Strong Roots, traces four generations of her family, showing how recipes can carry memory, resilience and hope.

Olia Hercules commented: “Food has always been at the heart of Ukrainian culture. This bowl is a way of sharing some of those flavours with London while helping to support the vital, life-changing work that Superhumans is doing.”

Phil, CEO of atis, added: “At atis, we believe in the power of movement – whether that’s nourishing our bodies, connecting cultures, or restoring independence. Working with Olia and Superhumans allows us to create something delicious that also has a meaningful impact.”

Olga Rudnieva, CEO of Superhumans said: “Superhumans is dedicated to helping people restore movement and independence after life-changing injuries. With our roots in Ukraine, this partnership with atis and Olia is a special opportunity to raise awareness in London through food and culture – bringing people together around something meaningful, while supporting those who need it most.”

The atis x Olia Hercules bowl will be available across all atis stores and on Deliveroo from 30 September until 2 November.
