This September, The Chancery Rosewood will debut five exceptional new restaurants and bars, each with its own distinct personality and celebrated global talent at the helm. Located within the reimagined Grade II-listed former U.S. Embassy at Grosvenor Square, this diverse line-up reflects the hotel’s devotion to detail, ingredients, and sense of place – cementing it as one of London’s most compelling culinary destinations

Serra
Rooted in Generosity, Simplicity and Seasonality: The Soul of the Southern Mediterranean
Serra brings the soulful spirit of Southern Mediterranean cooking – inspired by the sunlit shores of southern Italy and Greece – to the heart of Mayfair. It blends bold, ingredient-led cuisine with relaxed elegance and genuine hospitality, where crudo is prepared at the counter, flatbreads arrive warm from the oven, and sharing is second nature. At the helm is Chef de Cuisine Alex Povall, formerly Executive Chef at Berenjak in Soho, whose confident, produce-first approach is shaped by experience under Angela Hartnett at Hartnett Holder & Co and senior roles at Michelin-starred Murano. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Jacqueline
A One-of-a-Kind Dessert Salon Rooted in Seasonality, Scent and Sculptural Precision
Jacqueline is a tearoom and dessert salon led by Executive Pastry Chef Marius Dufay. Its signature Flower Collection captures “the flavour of the scent,” with pastries inspired by single blooms and created using perfumery techniques. An afternoon tea builds on this sensory concept with a curated three-course journey. Open 11am -11pm daily.
Tobi Masa
A Sushi Legend in London
Tobi Masa marks the London debut of Chef Masayoshi ‘Masa’ Takayama, one of the most influential figures in modern Japanese cuisine. The restaurant unites his trademark precision, minimalism and ingredient-led philosophy with the cultural and culinary sophistication of The Chancery Rosewood. Chef Masa’s NYC restaurant, Masa, holds three Michelin stars and remains one of the most sought-after dining experiences in the United States.
Eagle Bar
Skyline Views, Bold Cocktails and Late-Night Energy
Eagle Bar is the rooftop destination at The Chancery Rosewood, set high above Grosvenor Square with panoramic views across the city. Led by Director of Bars Liana Oster, the cocktail list balances bold flavours with elegant storytelling, complemented by a menu of elevated bar snacks and a music programme curated by a vinyl-first East London collective. The wrap-around terrace is open 5pm til late daily, making it one of the city’s most scenic sundowner spots.
GSQ
Mayfair’s Neighbourhood Delicatessen
Open from 8am – 8pm daily, GSQ is a new café and delicatessen designed around ease, quality and connection. Serving from morning to night, its menus move from Assembly coffee and freshly baked pastries to bold seasonal salads, sandwiches, and shareable snacks, with a takeaway counter, retail pantry and terrace on Grosvenor Square.
