Peppermint, the award-winning events company, has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointments of David Hough as Finance Director and Kate Ayre as Sales and Commercial Director.
David has joined Peppermint from Legends, where he spent the past six years as Finance Director. He brings extensive experience working across European markets with high-profile clients such as Real Madrid, Paris 2024 Olympics and the Ryder Cup, expertise that will be invaluable in his new position. Since starting last month, David has taken on responsibility for overseeing all financial and strategic operations across Peppermint’s events and venues.

Joining David is Kate Ayre, who brings a wealth of experience from her six-year tenure as Head of Spaces at the Broadwick Group. During her time there, she played an instrumental role in developing standout venue concepts, including at The Leadenhall Building and The Pelligon, Canary Wharf. Kate will step into the role of Sales and Commercial Director, where she will lead on strategic partnerships, business development and commercial growth initiatives across the company.
