Bicester Village has welcomed the bold, vibrant flavours of the Punjab as renowned chef and restaurateur Dipna Anand has just launched a six-month pop-up. Positioned inside the entrance to the Village, Dipna’s Brilliant Punjabi kiosk will serve a mouth-watering menu of her modern take on Indian street food, freshly prepared. Dipna will be offering visitors a deliciously different way to eat at the luxury outdoor shopping destination in Oxfordshire, welcoming an Indian food centric kiosk for the first time in the Village.

Guests can enjoy signature dishes including her famous hand-held chicken tikka and paneer tikka wraps, the crisp and flavour-packed Papri Chaat Blast, and a Trio of Vegetable Samosas. These bites are perfectly paired with refreshing drinks such as traditional masala chai and sweet, cooling mango lassi – ideal for a mid-shop pick-me-up or a satisfying snack on the go.
For those looking to recreate Dipna’s dishes at home, her popular cookbooks will also be available to buy from the kiosk.
Dipna Anand is a champion of authentic Punjabi cuisine, best known for her family-run restaurant Brilliant in Southall which spanned five decades, and more recently the opening of Brilliant Gastro at The Green Quarter in Southall. Her pop-up at Bicester Village brings a new opportunity to introduce her celebrated recipes to a wider audience.
Dipna Anand says: “Bicester Village is the perfect location for me; it’s one of my favourite places to go, I absolutely love to shop there. I can’t wait for people to tuck into these recipes – they’re bold, full of flavour, and straight from the heart. It’s proper Punjabi comfort food, and I’m thrilled to be sharing it with visitors at one of the UK’s most exciting shopping spots!”
