Guests can enjoy an elevated experience, featuring a seasonal summer menu with broccoli, rocket and lemon quiche; chicken coronation on malted bread; prawn cocktail and avocado roll; Clarence Court egg truffle mayo and chives on pain de mie and caramelised Jerusalem artichoke and caramelised cauliflower and Montgomery Cheddar Yorkshire pudding. A delectable assortment of sweet treats will be served, including the ‘40E Chandelier’ – Jivara, Oabika and black tea cake; GSY pocket watch – Lavazza coffee mousse and whisky entremet and ‘The Rembrandt Hat’ – almond, blueberry and lavender praline choux. Freshly baked plain and raisin scones will also be served alongside Cornish clotted cream and homemade blueberry and raspberry jam, plus premium, fragrant teas by Jing.
