The Salad Project is doubling down this summer – bringing their signature bold flavours, fresh salads and vibrant way of life to two new locations this August: Victoria and Southwark.

Southwark: Finding Art and Inspiration in a Salad Bar
The Southwark Street location will introduce The Salad Project to South London – their first-ever site south of the river.
The Salad Project’s commitment to building culture, community and challenging the idea of where art belongs continues with the Southwark opening, which will feature an exciting custom bench installation by artist and designer, Tejumola Adenuga.
The new Southwark site will be the second one of their ‘Spaces’ concepts – designed for fast-paced lives. With a clever digital-first model, salad bowls can be pre-ordered via the app and picked up from sleek cubbies – no queue, no fuss.
Victoria: West London’s Flagship has Arrived
Based in NOVA Place, the new Victoria store marks The Salad Project’s West London flagship. With room for over 60 guests both inside and out, it’s designed to suit every moment. Whether grabbing a quick, flavour-packed salad during the workday, or catching up with friends over the weekend.
The Salad Project will also be bringing community spirit to Victoria and Chelsea with a run club, kicking off on 9th August in partnership with premium sportswear brand, Vuori.
“Victoria has always held a special place in our hearts. Now, we’re thrilled to share the news of our Victoria location, which will serve as our West London flagship store. With abundant natural light, spacious seating, and a stunning double frontage, we’re confident this store was worth the wait. It might just become our new favorite.”
— James Dare, The Salad Project Co-Founder
The opening of Victoria joins The Salad Project’s dark kitchen in Acton, which opened earlier this month, bringing more of their fresh salads to West London.
